Learn positive coping strategies and skills to help you make the most out of life and take control of your future. I use Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a clinical orientation when working with clients and hold each as fully capable of deciding their own course of treatment. Other clinical orientations I use include Person-Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
